Who we are

In 1967, Mr. Manuel Muñoz García began construction and developing real estate. A few years later, in 1972, he founded Nesgar Promociones, S.A., and for more than over 50 years, he has successfully passed on to his children the values of effort and expertise in the complex real estate world.

In over these 65 years in the sector, we have developed countless residential, hotel, and commercial properties with the utmost dedication and tireless effort to provide our clients with the best service and excellent quality.

We have not only grown in the real estate market; over all these years, we have also introduced our prestigious NUMEN mineral water, sourced from the Montes de Toledo. This crystal-clear water is of excellent bio-healthy quality. It´s always bottled in glass, avoiding plastics, thereby respecting the environment, one of our main commitments to the planet and society.
