The Nesgar Promociones SA Group has, among its assets, several rural properties, in which different activities are carried out, both agricultural and forestry, all of which have as guidelines compliance with the extensive regulations developed by the Common Agricultural Policy, and adapting to compliance and improvement of biodiversity and Sustainable Development on these farms.
The current total area of rural properties, owned by the Nesgar Promociones SA group, is approximately 4,600 hectares, of which, 1,530 hectares. They have agricultural use and the rest of the surface is dominated by forestry, bush pasture and pasture with trees.
We have carried out actions to adapt power lines according to birdlife protection programs against collision and electrocution of birds.
We are committed to the protection of wild fauna and flora, which results in an improvement in biodiversity, and Sustainable Development.
Maintenance work is carried out on the forest mass, helping to minimize the risks of fires, and preserving the good health status of this forest mass.
We are currently studying the possibility of joining a program or project to avoid loss of biodiversity, enhancing ecosystem services, through the conservation and maintenance of the existing natural legacy, called “Biocarbon States”.
The carbon footprint of the Nesgar Group is neutral, given that the emissions generated by our activities are compensated by our agroforestry natural capital existing in the different farms owned by the group, as well as by the development in these in different actions that improve Biodiversity and sustainability. enviroment
