The ATR2 plot has 144,800m2 and is located in Portimao, a city in the south of Portugal, belonging to the Faro District in the Algarve region.

Portimao has approximately a population of 65,000 people.  It is a large and residential city.

The plot is very close to the urban center, a few meters from the Cruise Port where thousands of tourists disembark every day whose inevitable passage is through the plots proposed for a commercial development that is still incipient in the municipality.
