On the edge of the Sr-2 El Olivar de Brunete urbanization, specifically on the side of the M-600 road, there is a Fort that is part of a group of three forts (the other two located on the opposite side of the road), built at the end of 1938. This group is inventoried in the Catalog of Cultural Heritage Assets with a degree of protection as “Documented Archaeological Site” and the Catalog of Protected Assets of the PGOU of Brunete, with comprehensive urban protection. 

Currently, various archaeological actions are being carried out in these forts with the relevant permits in order to include their results in the SR-2 Urbanization Project, establishing measures for their enhancement and museumization.
